I know the quickie looks crappy (sorry) >_< but I hope it suits her.
If you're having a bit of a hard time seeing the details, I'll try to think about finishing the main version :)

P.S.: I drew Cagney without a hatchet! Because most of the other contestants included a hatchet XD They're like "HATCHETS R AWESOME 8D!" (lol jk guys)

this is pretty awesome! so full of win! by god this is gonna be tough thinking of a winner now! 8D oh well, at least one of my friends sugessted to mix some ideas from people if there's some kind of tie...

anyways, i like how u detailed the clothing on this and OMG NO HATCHET!! 8O u gotta be one of the first! XD

For loyalty to the original design, I'd go for you. :D

Yeah, you're just being unique, not drawing a hatchet...which, of course, is a good thing. Looking through the entrants, mine is the only one without facial markings. But it's not as if they were a neccessity...xYentix just said markings and gave examples. At least, that's how I read it.

Yeah, I'm seriously loving these entries. The instance we get a winner, I'm DEFINATELY having a third crack at Cagney.
